Every purchase at our store will be under portugues lesislation . Every conflict or divergence of interpretation of the general conditions will be submited to competent portuguese court.

Orders are sent by portuguese transport companies usually by CTT within 72 hours after the confirmation of the payment.
Shipping cost inside Portugal are free only with orders above 50€ and taxed when they are internacional.
The orders can be picked up in stores .For now we have physical stores in Paredes ,Paços Ferreira and Lousasa .
In this case the customer has to indicate in the purchase that want to "pick up in store"

Dont go to NEVER LAND stores to pick up any order before receiving the information of availability.
To pick up any order in store you must head for the previously set store and show us the order confirmation(its on the customer´s e-mail)
NEVER LAND commits to deliver the articles ordered as quick as possible and will try to fulfill always the deadlines , even so declining to assume any responsability for the inconvenients or penalizations for the delay of the deadlines.
1- In the moment of the delivery the order must be confirmed by the customer.
2- In the case of defect of the merchandise the costumer must decline the delivery and write the motive in the transportation company sheet
3- Any order in NEVER LAND can be free returned in 14 days after the reception.
To do that the customer need to contact us by NEVER LAND´s email geral@neverland.com.pt and we will give further informations about the return.
4- NEVER LAND Online store will not accept charged deliveries . The return shipping costs will be supported by the customer .
5- The value of the shipping cost for purchages on the NEVER LAND store cannot be refunded. The value of the shipping will be calculated and subtracted to the value of the return as well as the taxes for the Credit card and Paypal payment fee.
6- The returned product need to be in sale conditions ,that means that they need to be as the same conditions as received . Any clothing that presents signs of use will not be accepted as a return.
7- The reflection time of the return is 14 days. Purchases made in outlet cannot be refunded.
In the NEVER LAND online store the customer as some ways to make the payment - it can pay by Atm "in portugal" – in this case will be fowarded with the entity and reference and value to proceed with the payment, – or with credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro).
